I have a number of fine art images suitable for framing. At a recent slide show a member of the audience commented "Your photos look as if they were composed!" Hmmmm. There is more to underwater photography than the equipment and technical skill. To get truly beautiful images, one must study the subject, evaluate it's surroundings and water conditions and work with the sunlight and strobe lighting until it all comes together to produce the most pleasing image possible. Some call this "art".

When possible I try to photograph marine creatures engaged in the process of daily living, not just fleeing from (and hopefully not attacking!) the photographer. My files include hundreds of beautiful marine creature identification photos as well as spectacular reef shots.

I hope you will enjoy browsing my web pages. Drop me a note and tell me what you think. Feel free to link to these pages, but please don't copy and use these photos without my permission. They are copyright protected.
