Our limited participation trips cost approximately the same as other trips that carry full loads of divers - but we get lots more dives, more time underwater and more personal attention.

I'm asking those aboard to help with a honeymoon photo portfolio we will present to the newlyweds ! There will be an award involved. Should be fun.

Each year I organize and accompany a few specialty trips, the "City Seahorse Charters", to only the best dive spots in In the world. I've been doing this since 1994.

These 100% Raja Ampa trips are the best of the best.

We've been running out of time to visit all the best sites. For 2011 I've made the trips a bit longer.

These 12 and 14 day trips will give us time to venture into more of Raja Ampa than ever before. There are many more dive sites to explore and we still like to repeat our favorites!

On every City Seahorse charter we will try for 4+dives/day.  Unlimited diving time. Staying at the good sites for photography, video and adventure and missing the bad sites.  If you have favorite sites from a previous trip, please tell me and we will try to work them into the itinerary.

Hike ACROSS Borneo?

This special expedition, organized and escorted by our friend, Norberto Rodriquez, crosses through four regions of Borneo.

The expedition begins in the eastern part of Kalimantan and ends in the west at Banjamasin which is famous for its floating market. During the trip, pass through Pontianak in central Borneo to visit the Orangutan rehabilitation center.

Canoes, primary jungle, Dayak tribes, the infamous headhunters Iban, floating house, and the uniqueness of flora and fauna are highlights of this trip.

Travel on the river in boats into the middle of Borneo. There will be 7 days of trekking with no village around, just your fellow trekkers and nature.

Destination: Borneo, the third biggest island in the world.

Grade: Very High Fitness Level Required.

A Note from DebF

Too much news this month!

I have a bit more to include, but it will have to wait for the June newsletter.

By then I hope to have a report on my experience with new lightweight luggage WITH wheels, an announcement of an underwater photography book of Raja Ampa created by one of our 2009 guests from photo on his trip and some info on a little fish we were finding in Raja Ampa on the last trips.
